Using the breath, we shift and clear fear, worry, grief, and blocks.

This practice may be for you if:
· you feel stuck
· you feel unsure of your direction in life
· you feel creatively blocked
· you're holding onto old emotions that you can't seem to shake
· you're moving through grief
· you often respond from a place of fear or worry

Important Info:
· Session will be held over Zoom.
· Session is about 60 minutes long.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Please complete this intake form, waiver, and cancellation policy prior to our first session together.
· Please wear comfortable clothing and prepare a quiet, undisturbed space for our session, as well as a comfortable spot to lay down flat.
Optional: You might like to have an eye mask to wear and a glass of water.
