Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the product(s) and packaging, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.
Shipping
Processing Time
We ship within 3-5 business days of your order date. Please email us if your order is time sensitive and we'll try to arrange a quicker shipment. Thank you for your patience.
International Shipping
All international orders ship via USPS. International orders are subject to additional taxes and customs duties. Sun Sister is not responsible for taxes and duties imposed by your country. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon delivery of the order.
Missing Package
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please ensure you are shipping your order to a secure address. If your package is missing, we suggest checking with neighbors who may have received the package, while contacting your post office. Please email us if the package does not turn up, and we will do our best to remedy the issue.
Shipping Material
We don't use any plastic in our shipping material. We pack our orders with kraft paper.

Product Variations
Our products are handmade in small batches with 100% natural ingredients. As a result, slight variations may occur.
Shelf Life
Our products are handmade without the use of preservatives. Please use our oils within 6-8 months and our hydrosols within 6 months.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are lightly added to our oil-based products to elevate their effects and to provide aromatherapeutic benefits. We work with a very gentle dilution rate in our Floral Serum, Hair Oil, and Radiance Oil for a softer, safer, and more sustainable use of essential oils. Our face mists and hydrosols do not contain added essential oils.
Plant Dyes
Colors and shades are shown to the best of our ability, however there will be variations from batch to batch. Due to the nature of plant dyeing, each piece is unique and may have subtle marks or specks from dye flowers, leaves, roots, and more, adding to the beauty of naturally dyed textiles. Plant dyes are alive and some colors may shift, soften, or lighten over time, however our dye practices allow for the longest possible life span of our pieces as long as they are properly cared for.
